I'm always on the lookout for recipes that don't require refrigeration. I know this has been a threaded discussion on and off so I thought I'd pass this on. I saw some interesting recipes in Lats&Atts Dec 2009 (p123) using canned chicken. The article is by a Sally Ecklund who has a book out called "Tin Can Magic". Anyone read it?? Joe Seafrog M17
