Possible Monty 15 for sale in Seattle?

I’m doing the same as several others, but taking the shortcut route. I’m on my way Fri down to California to pick up a Gig Harbor SCAMP to possibly replace my M15. I was planning on sailing both through the winter and deciding which to keep in the spring, but I’m willing to pass my boat on to the right person if I can find them. I will tomorrow. Its a very early M-15. As I recall its hull no. 4. It was in a watertight garage for many many years and it shows. The entire boat is in great condition with a few chips out on the transom and on the bow where the previous owner hit a rock while trying to launch. Nothing structural, just gel coat. Where I live we don?t have any fiberglass shops and I have been too lazy to haul it to Portland for that small repair. > I will send some photos I took today. Sailing at Fern Ridge lake in Oregon late September

Hi all, This is Fern Ridge lake near Eugene, OR. I'll be going up there with my M17 "Pajarita" either the 20th or 22nd of September, not sure yet, will post when I figure it out. Will be there four days, sailing and also visiting some friends in Eugene at some point. Camping on my boat in the marina. If you're in the vicinity and want to go sail let me know and we can figure something out. M-15 for sale

I have a nice Montgomery 15 with trailer that I need to sell. Name is ‘Poof’ in nice graphics on port and starboard stern. It is in very good shape and nearly original in terms of deck, rigging and added equipment. Gel coat is in great shape with a few surface dings. Nice interior with vinyl cushions in great shape, no tears or repairs. Porta-potti. No electronics. Main and jib both in good shape with no tears or repairs. Nice standing and running rigging. Very solid 2hp Honda 4 stroke recently tuned up. Attached rear stout stainless boarding ladder. Teak handrails, drop board into cabin, teak exterior trim around companionway and along full length of deck joint. Original kick up rudder with new teak tiller. New sail cover. Trailer has some surface rust but its solid and tires are good. Lights work as new. Includes spare tire. Anchor for lunch stops or fishing. Extra fuel tank.
