Oooh, looking at the pics, mine has been "altered". The corner of the trunk is roughly cut out and the line exits there. It doesn't have the clean, neat plastic sleeve. It's just a biggish hole. Also my winch is to the right of the cleat, so the line has to go over the cleat and then down through the hole. The water doesn't drain anywhere, just sits on the sole and tries to rot the wood at the base of the v berth. So I towel it out. bottom paint redux

Jeff, Who needs two nice paved ramps with docks?? I DO ! ! Adjacent parking at the North Ramp, Restrooms at the top of the ramps - (sounds like I am trying to 'sell' the place!) The problem with Scorpion Bay is that they do not have a paved boat ramp.They are also on the opposite side of the lake from where the AZ Yatch Club activities will take place. Mast Rig for Trailer

Hello - I have an M23 that I just finished restoring and am looking to build something for mounting the mast on the deck that would be easy to construct before I move the boat to its working yard for the winter. Anyone have plans for this they are willing to share? I am also interested if anyone has instructions or drawings of the keel and how to work on it if it is stuck in the up position. Jeff, I store my boat in dry storage at Lake Pleasant - it is at Pleasant Harbor - very good ramps and facilities - RAMPS - big difference last time I checked PH ramps are excellent surface and grade good+ docks, excellent security - last time I checked SB had dirt low angle launch ramp (I think highly of Chris McSperrin General Manager at SB too) but facilities at PH are superior IMO. Pleasant harbor would be closest for you if you come down I-17 - quite a bit closer than SB. If you come down thru Crown King or Wickenburg then SB is closer. No financial interest in either. I have looked into Pleasant Harbor and Scorpion Bay and it looks like Scorpion Bay comes in lowest on the cost scale at $63.75/month. Are there some other places that I just don’t know about?
