I like it. It will be great in the car. Thanks Myke.
Thank you very much and you're very welcome! The thought of anybody actually listening to that in their car totally cracks me up! I, however, do enjoy playing it loudly on my computer at the office after most everybody's gone home for the day! A certain level of volume is required before it's full effect really kicks in, I think. I'm most curiuos about whether or not anybody can tell where some of the samples I used originated. I have a lot of fun making my own original "instruments" with completely original sound samples (The 'B-side' of my MP3 single, "Dalliance", is comprised of 100% original stuff.) but occasionally I can find good uses for samples lifted from other sources as well. Whenever I do that, however, I like to process them in ways that obscure their origin - as opposed to cRappers who do nothing to conceal their sources and enjoy destroying the works of others in pursuit of personal gain.
I recognized it somewhat but, I too, had to pull out the CD for a refresher.
That's good! Very good! "Sideways" is by no means my favourite MWH album either but it's certainly not worthless. I can at least play it all the way through from time to time and enjoy it to an extent whereas I've always found "In The 21st Century" to be so boring it's almost entirely unbearable.
Sideways is not my favorite release, but I haven't listened much because the CD I have has problems. It skips and fades in and out. Any way to fix this?
Not to my knowledge. My copy (purchased in '97 from HMV Canada) sounds just fine.

What am I'm missing about that? I don't get it at all. Myke
