as a professional electronic musician i know a lot about sounds, and absolutely nothing on the album inspired me in any way.

oh well, gees, since you know a lot about sounds and you did not like it, clearly we should give your feelings more weight. maybe i should hate it too (just kiddin moose) wow! once eh? i wonder if i started giving everything that small of a chance in my life what would happen..... gees moose how about throwing it on like 5 more times? i do not think you will be begging for those 200 minutes of your life back. as a professional electronic musician i find the album to be a supreme piece of work, it has many hidden subtleties that are best appreciated on a sweet surround system or headphones, and some super supreme technical masteries that are honesly really only heard when high. i said before, if you do not like the album, go smoke somethin and then listen. music made by people smokin it is best appreciated by people smokin it. if you doubt this, do smoke somethin and then listen. and as an amateur everyday cool guy, the feeling of music is far more important than its technicalities, just like life. thumbs up to mwh yet again for this latest marvel. and of course, the message it delivers is just the wildest yet. i like that comment from alec or kari about "music for evolved humanoids in the new milennium" perfectly appropriate. aside from some enya here and there, there are only 2 cds i have been listening to for the past however long it has been ( i do not listen to much music- i am too busy making the stuff )- these are nhbtp and reality by bowie. that's it. shite, i may take a break and go listen to it now, it is beginnin to call to me aaahhhhhhhhhhh yeah, it grows on you. throw it on again, moose, just put it on and let it repeat a few times, you got nothin to lose. other than your contempt for the album. rain
