the F.B.I. problem is a problem, seeing as though copyright infringement *is* a crime and, as a musician myself, understand the problem from both sides.  the grey are comes from not being able to get a lot of the 'hats material new *anywhere* and if you don't sell stuff for personal profit then that makes it greyer...

anyways, hopefully the yahoo group will kick-start some interest in all things hat-like - even as a buy-n-sell centre.
