Regardless of one's opinion of the Nobel Peace Prize, this is illogical reasoning. (Maybe the intended word is hypocrisy rather than oxymoron?) In any case, Nobel invented dynamite, which is a lot less likely to explode accidentally than nitroglycerin, which is what killed his brother and motivated his invention.
