Those one-arm bandit machines in Vegas I believe have psu-random generators by Marsaglia inside them, but may achieve true randomness by just perpetually running the psu-random generator, then outputting when some human hits a button. Unless the human can time it to a fraction of a microsecond the result has a lot of true randomness. Vegas's needs are very low, in terms of bit rate.
