[math-fun] preprint gen. Lambert and inv. Fib sum

Before I push it to arxive, I put it at http://www.jjj.de/lambert-paper/ Maybe someone is willing to give it a glance (just 4 pages and _very_ easy to read). The TeX source reveals what I'd like to include but haven't so far (like conditions for convergence), seek for the string XXX. cheers, jj
