If I consider a polynomial in integers, e.g. 4x^4 + 7x^2 - x + 1, then I can say that this is; (x+1)[1 - 2x + 9x^2 - 9x^3 + 13x^4 - 13x^5 + 13x^6 - ...] Does this mean anything?
