I think we have to impose other constraints, for example you have to complete the search before the heat death of the universe, and you can't collide with any stellar masses or black holes. How much acceleration is "reasonable" so for example you could make one round trip to C in one year of subjective time, so you could expect to make 100 such jaunts (with Obamacare).
