[math-fun] Math collaboration over distances

The biggest thing I miss when trying to collaborate on math research with someone who's elsewhere is the ability for us to see what each other is writing, such as on a blackboard or pad. No doubt this has long since been technnologically possible, but such technology is certainly not widely distributed. Can people suggest reliable low-cost solutions? --Dan Those who sleep faster get more rest.
