This one really fooled me for a minute: When I viewed it in my browser, I saw the image controls at the top, and I thought, "Oh, my last browser update must have added this to my image viewer". But when I tried to click on them, they didn't work. Finally I realized the "controls" were actually just a part of the image - duh!
