[math-fun] Need help identifying a fractal

I've been trying to understand the Conant Gasket https://oeis.org/A328078 but without much success. The pictures are gorgeous. It is a kind of fractal. (The definition is clear, but what are the numbers?) By accident I found a similar-looking genuine fractal in an old pile of papers - see https://oeis.org/A328078/a328078_2.pdf - does anyone recognize it?
