This would enable you to perform Area*(sigmaSB/kB)*T^3 bit operations per second if each cost kB*T, i.e. about 16 per second.
--Also, since Area grows like (black hole mass)^2 and Temperature like 1/mass, we see that bit ops per second behaves proportionally to mass^(-1). In other words, Wei Dai's idea actually gets worse for larger & hence cooler black holes.
