Confirmed unique, up to 16 isomorphs.
For 2x2x2, 5 points. I haven't yet solved the 4x4x4 case.
Best found so far 10 points (approx 1 hour on Mac), including 000, 012, 031, 103, 123, 132, 230, 300, 311, 313 and 010, 022, 101, 130, 132, 203, 213, 231, 301, 320 with 2 and 0 corners resp., as well as several with 1 corner. WFL
