To Mike Speciner & Ch. Greathouse -- suggest instead of complaining, you acquire more data and find out answer yourself. Cross-country comparisons like this are always problematic due to criticisms like those you said (since all countries differ, you never can get an exact apples-to-apples comparison, and there is always some way to speculate some other factor might have explained it...) but in the present case I certainly did not do the optimum job, and you can improve it, and I'd welcome you doing so instead of complaining. -- Warren D.
