[math-fun] Most transcendental number?

I've read that phi (~ 1.618, (1+sqrt(5))/2) is the "most irrational" number because of how poorly it is approximated by rational numbers. I assume that this is because it's continued fraction expansion is all 1's. Is there a sense in which some number is the "most transcendental" number?
