Opinions on next LP theme - speculation
IF and when Kraftwerk bring out a new LP, what do listmembers think the "theme" will be about? "expo 2000" was quite ephemeral in its "global village" concept - will it be along the same lines? www.bleep43.com

hmmm - but looking at the old material, they steadfastly refused to be drawn into topics that were of an overtly political nature. Only "Radioactivity" and "Computer World" are really political, and even then it's from an observer's standpoint. They're not making a statement of intent as it were. As Richard commented "Computer Bombs" is perhaps more prescient. They've already "done" Europe with T.E.E IMHO. Yet I can't really imagine them making records of an eminently negative nature, although the rework of "Airwaves" is definitely darker in tone. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Electram" <electram@terra.com.br> To: "Toby Frith" <kraftwerk@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: 24 February 2003 15:03 Subject: Re: [Kraftwerk] Opinions on next LP theme - speculation
