They go years without releasing music, then release a single, do you think it would be better, they release nothing?
Yeah, I would be totally delighted if they released nothing, being a Kraftwerk fan.
making us think there may be another album. they make no one think anything... they release just a single, because they need money...
That a joke?
They still exist as a band so they raise peoples hopes about more music. that's their right as a band... their beeing as a band is not the guarante for releasing an album...
Again, I am describing the situation that currently exists. People notice that Kraftwerk exist and thus many fans unsurprisingly hope they make another 35 minutes for us to discuss for eternity. IF they release another disc, i hope it will be a double-cd with multimedia's.... or how do you explain, working for over 11 years on ONE album???? *rotflol*

Actually the last Kraftwerk album to feature any new compositions was release 16 years ago. In the 16 years prior to that they released seven albums of new material. I don't expect anything from Kraftwerk anymore. I can't be disappointed that way. ------------------ Seems like only yesterday that I got high to side one of 'Lectric Cafe. Did anybody else pick up on the genius of side one? amir
Yep, I did :) In fact, I think Electric Cafe is highly, highly underrated.. The groove factor on side 1 is pretty unbeatable! (no pun intended ;) Although my all-time fave is side 2 of TEE (German edition, important!). Simply the peak of beats in my book. Beats are a bit different to make the song sound better with German words...plus it has Abzug as a seperate track unlike the US version. Signed, omegaChance http://www.mp3.com/omegaChance
Yep, and well.. It just sounds RIGHT. I've always thought that Ralf sounds so much better in German. He sounds colder and more aloof in German, which I think suits the music. In English he loses a lot of those qualities, and rhythmically it loses a bit as well. ----- Original Message ----- From: "omegaChance" <omegaChance@firemail.de> To: <kraftwerk@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Saturday, June 01, 2002 18:13 Subject: Re: [Kraftwerk] Getting High To Electric Cafe

------------------ It's gotten so bad, I play the vinyls TEE and Man Machine at speeds slower than 33 rpm on my Technics turntable with the pitch control.... The end result? You got a new KW album!!! amir
