Hi All, I'd be glad to know if anyone has had the same problems + would like to like to ensure this situation doesn't happen again. Previous orders have always come in a sturdy box, but the most recent (arrival 2 weeks ago) was flimsy and already open. Hong kong mail had used an inital plastic envelope to stop contents falling out. So, we have one missing t-shirt. Which you might presume was lost in transit due to poor packing. However, on checking the other contents of the box, we found that the 'Boing,Boom, Tshak' set had 2 out of the 3 incorrect mouspads. So, there's definitely a problem with packing the correct order as well. Now I know that Klingklang may have been busy, but... what is resonable, as in the last 2 weeks 2 emails to the address given on the order form have gone unanswered (even though I have offered to send back the 2 incorrect mousepads at my expense). Hypothesis: it's summer time, and perhaps you just have to be patient and wait until Günter Spachtholz is back from holidays ??? (because I think he might be the only one responsible to work around the Kling Klang Konsum Produkt GmbH mechandising) (So, let's hope you'll get an answer soon...)
