I don't know if the image of the four bike riders that are on the cover of Kraftwerk's Tour de France releases are unique to them, but the Norwegian newspaper VG are now using it on their site as part of the banner for their coverage of the race. The banner is in orange and grey, and is placed prominently at the top of the front page, at http://www.vg.no/. The banner itself is http://www.vg.no/grafikk/toppgif/1057917297.gif, for viewing if they rotate it to a new one. This reminds me: I really think the faces of those four riders should be the faces of Kraftwerk. It's just not right to have someone else's image on the cover, especially given KW's enthusiasm for the TdF. -- /* Soleil */
Kraftwerk and their new album "Tour de France 2003" ar mentioned in the ORF-Teletext today. There's an (actual) link to the teletext-site via http://teletext.orf.at/400/401_0001.htm but attention, it's available only for today (it may be that's there another text if you read this message later). So I captured the file and put it on my webpage, please click this link: http://members.blackbox.net/georgie/kraftwerk/401_0001.png it will remain there longer. German only, of course ;-).
