Tour De France 2003 moves down to number 37 in the UK charts, it was number 20 in the release week.

Most likely. They are not really a chart pop group... and word is that all tracks on the single will be on the album anyway, so I suppose unless you're a die-hard fan, you'll stick with the LP... ? (As to why I suppose this, well, I've talked to some of my mates, who like Kwk but don't collect as such, and they all say things like "naah... I'll wait for the album!") Oh, and Peo... I think you're right about the necessity of a Norwegian translation!
