SV: [Kraftwerk] Kraftwerk on TOTP?
If that is the case, then why the hell didn't they release it? Maybe because Karl the Thief did ? ;-) I like Overdrive and Esperanto as well, but the rest of the album might have just been kept unpublished IMHO. Anyway, I think tracks like Overdrive (still sounds awesome after all these years) and Lifestyle are just too brave for R&F -----Original Message----- From: johan.andersson@allers.aller.se [mailto:johan.andersson@allers.aller.se] Sent: 16 July 2003 13:09 To: kraftwerk@mailman.xmission.com Subject: SV: [Kraftwerk] Kraftwerk on TOTP? Remember: he had just left KW when this album came out... I've always suspected that he stole the Esperanto concept from KW, in my opinion this is a very Ralf / Florianish idea. The thing I like about Bartos is the Esperanto album. It is everything KW should have been producing and releasing. If they are too damn lazy to do it, then I'm all for Karl Bartos keeping the true KW sound alive. -----Original Message----- From: Petter Duvander [mailto:petter.duvander@home.se] Sent: 16 July 2003 11:41 To: Music, non-stop. I am staggered this track made the charts. I think it's awful and totally pointless. Am seeing Bartos next week, I bet he ends up showing R&F the way to go

Is there a v.v.v.slight possibility that the video might be shown on UK show Top of the Pops on Friday, seeing as it's no.20 in the charts?
Or even the robots in the studio?

While we're talking about the real Kraftwerk and all.. It got me thinking about the old Technopop (Demo Version) that is out there and on some bootlegs.. I think I've asked before but never really got an answer, but does anyone know if this is a real track or if it's a fake? It would be interesting to know. In my opinion it's one of the best tracks I've ever heard :) Cheers, Peo (who still thinks TdF 03 is a tragical joke)

Certainly made in Kling Klang: *typical* melody, structure, the sounds(!!!)... Great! ONLY Kraftwerk is able to create that anyway :-) Definitely the best unreleased (almost achieved *btw*) track I've ever heard. Maybe, perhaps, _ /o o\ Filtre4Pole \ ~ / I I - -
