Hi guys, checking Computer World credits I had the big surprise that they are not the same. There's some differences between german and english LPs and USA, German and Japanese CDs. Some names are in one credits and not in others. These are the different names: German LP (equal german CD) Manfred Segelke - Michael Dehmann - Michael Kersten - Helmut Fischebach -Firma Huiskens - FA Urlichs Gerd Luetticke English LP (actually the brazilian pressing, but probably similar to USA) Takeshi Shikura - Ian Flooks - Marvin Katz - Maximme Schmitt CD USA (equal japanese CD) - based on english LP Tom Lanik - Doreen D'agostino - Bob Krasnow Anybody knows why there are these differences? Shouldn't the credits be the same, considering the german and english versions were recorded at the same period? Of course the names at CD pressings can be of some people who remastered it to digital, but why different names at the LPs? Anybody knows who are these guys? Of course I know who Maxximme Schmitt is thanks Nicolau www.kraftworld.hpg.com.br

This is the 1988 Elektra Records repressing that remains in print to this day in the USA. Bob Krasnow was the head of Elektra Records at the time. The earlier US pressing (1983-1987) was on Warner Bros. Records--with the same catalog number but a different UPC. I bet the older pressing has the names Lenny Waronker and Mo Ostin on it! Peace.
