My friend Giorgio "Reiter",has noticed that Brasilian Technopop site is taking material all over the web, without asking. He is the Italian KW-related "MONDOKRAFTWERK" site mainteiner and he has never given his material as written in Technopop comics section. What kind of courtesy could be if they even have asked him permission to publish ? I think it is not so correct. Someone has written me,asking if I want to share my Paris recording on the web : have patience, but after 7+7 hours of train to reach the place and about 500 Euros spent in order to see KRAFTWERK, I think that I have all rights to ask for some money. Have you ever seen someone that is giving Man Machine red vynil for free ? Florian has been reached on 27 September at 3 o'clock in Place d'Italie Metro station and he has told that new material will be released very soon. I think the new album is already recorded on each hdd of the 4 laptops. I too think that it is not correct. They took items from my site (various graphics, the video wall, some mp3s) and only after I had seen them did they put a "credit on it"....... so yes it IS bad.... I wrote to them about it too.... and in the end what can I, or any other site maintainer, do? It WOULD be more polite to ask BEFORE they take stuff... but I have to say that it has become a great resource for Kraftwerk Fans.. I wish I had this years ago.... Now if only they could make it gain a bit of speed to make it MUCH more useful! *sigh*

This guy has told me that he wants 30 Euros for an "illegal" copy of one of those recent concerts (though he thinks he owns the rights to what he has recorded).... and this, following his above statement, makes me really laugh!! I think he is on a different planet! I would recommend this list members avoid him like the plague! But in the meantime.... Keep Werking John www.keepwerking.co.uk
As you may have guessed my last post should have been personal *blushes* Isn't that soooo annoying! *he he* Keep Werking John www.keepwerking.co.uk

I think you are right. If I had the proper hardware to record one of the Paris show, I would have kindly share with all of you for free. It's normal, we all share the same passion for a band.

Well then, don't forget to pay Kraftwerk a royalty for each copy, as it's their performance. ;) -- /* Soleil */
Sorry to tell you that the friend I have whose working for the festival who invited K in Paris, that I was suppose to see last night, well, I saw him but he was too smashed for a coherent conversation. I'll ask him my few question by mail And what an awfull night, 1h30 of queue at 4 in the morning to hear one of the 2 on a 5 concerts in one night of Pierre Henry. And the last ones were cancelled when I finally came in. And all the rest of the art presentations, and electro performances were CRAP. I stayed in 20 minutes just to see the sights. bouhouhhhhouuuuuuuuuu :'( Now stop with my miserable life. ;) Denis D) Concrète fan

'Very soon' is a nice description, so how long are you a Kraftwerk-fan ;-)? BTW, my french is not the best, but in the 'Liberation' article it was told that there would be 'two hours' of new material, sounding 'more new then expected'. However. I'll think the boys know what they do. Speculations are senseless ;-). Gruesse aus Wien, Georgie

And I won't trust Libération myself.

certainly. They know a trick or two on advertisement ;) K is a concept, not records (btw, I enjoy the records much more ;))) Denis D]

I've got recently, from more reliable source ( definitely NOT "Libération"... *hehe*) some interesting clues, that can confirm: Yes, around 2 hours of new original KlingKlang material do exist! ;-) *he he* ...maybe, perhaps, _ /o o\ Filtre4Pole \ ~ / I I - -

"new album release" probability still increasing: 20 % now... *he he* ;-)
