Yes they have. IIRC, they had a sticker scrolling from right to left under a map showing the dates and places of their 1998 world tour. BTW, that happened on the old kraftwerk.com site. That site got a much needed facelift right around the release of Tour De France on CD.

Yes they did. The freedom for Tibet in the States and the EXPO 2000 in Hannover concerts are the first ones to come to mind. E
