By doing assertations as Komputer did and then saying that they didn't name Kraftwerk as their main influence just because they were being ironic is only to make themselves scarce, in my opinion, of course. Moreover, that doesn't exclude themselves for being a plagiarism.
well ... komputer are actually PLAYIN' with that kind of "plagiarism" as an attitude to provoke such - imho - very silly questions from so called journalists ( fyi : i'm a music journalist myself , so i know my ilk !!! *G+* ;-) about their TOTALLY_OBVIOUS influence by kw !!! *slyest_grin* ;-))) btw : the word "computer" ISN'T even written with a "K" in german language , as some of u ( or those silly journalists ;-) might have supposed then !!! *BWG* ;-))) p. s. : the "misspellin'" of kw in the subject line of this message was as much INTENTIONAL as the "misspellin'" of the word "Komputer" in their band name , fellows !!! *hehehe* ;-))) however ... many greetinx again , oh jay ;-) ~*~ Frank Zappa once described music journalism as "people who can't write, interviewing people who can't talk, for the benefit of people who can't read!" ;-) ~*~ jvr network program - july 2002 : http://mitglied.lycos.de/cybernetx/program.html ( incl. live stream via internet ) studio webcam - live : http://stream.ok-bremen.de/studio.html radio show & playlist archive : http://friends.schallreflektor.com/ohjay/alien_disco for more info , send your request(s) to : oh_jay@kraftwerk.nu ;-) *~\^/~*
