You made hip hop in the mid 70s? Who are you? Kool DJ Herc? ;)
Erik
you should better read thoroughly, what i wrote, brother! here it is again, for those of you, who seem to be a bit dyslexic:
... talk to the people, who already made hip hop in the mid-70s (before t.e.e. was released!), which i did!
this means that i've talked to people like kool dj herc and lots of the old school legends of n.y.c. as i've visited the town, where it all began. p.s.: kraftwerk were massively influenced by the n.y.c. hip hop scene in the mid-80s as they've recorded their "boing boom tschak" track there. ..::=|X|=::..

Yes, I know what you meant. I just couldn't resist picking up on the little ambiguity there. Sorry. ;) As for Kraftwerk and the hip hop connection, I found this little snippet from an interview with Grandmaster Flash quite amusing (talking about TEE): "This record Kraftwerk made my job easier. This record allowed me to go to the bathroom. This record allowed me to go and get a soda. I can play it and just go and take a walk because it was funky, it didn't make sense to cut this record, to be DJing it. It DJed itself." Erik
