From the moment I joined this list, I've seen so much negativity towards a band that I've admired for over 22 years now that I feel I have to express my opinions.

First of all, as far as the war of words that Wolfgang has started with his book goes, the way I see it is that it's something that is between Wolfgang, Ralf and Florian - - I have no place in this dispute and I refuse to take sides. Besides, I don't even know any of these people, how could I possibly form an unbiased opinion about any of them??? As far as the debate about the reasons they are not releasing any new material and who is the lazy one and who is doing all the work --- again, I don't know these people and I certainly have no insight into their lives or minds so how could I possibly form an opinion about who is doing what and why?? Again, I refuse to take sides or make judgements. To me it is all about the music... and I LOVE Kraftwerk's music. I would be very happy if they release a new album or tour again but I am not about to get angry at them or make judgements on them for not releasing anything. Music should be made out of a person's desire to make music.. not out of trying to impress anybody or trying to keep fans happy with new songs to listen to.
