[Kraftwerk] 3d wireframe head

Hi, out there ! I'm searching for a program to generate a 3d wireframe model from a picture of a head. I've found some good progs on the internet, but they only produce a rendered 3d model in high resolution. I need a progam to generate wireframes heads like the picture from the 'electric cafe' (you know). Have somebody an idea ?
