Until such time as the list owner also starts actively supervising or moderating the list, the answer is to filter out messages from "undesirables" in your email reader. I "killfiled" (to use the old- fashioned term) just one email address a few months ago, and the list became endurable again.
Does that involve the automatic postings of unpleasant downloadable files every time a message is sent by the list member? Just because he had differing points of view?
