They still exist as a band so they raise peoples hopes about more music. that's their right as a band... their beeing as a band is not the guarante for releasing an album...
Again, I am describing the situation that currently exists. People notice that Kraftwerk exist and thus many fans unsurprisingly hope they make another 35 minutes for us to discuss for eternity.
