This is making me smile... so I thought I'd share.
Have you heard that Mike Batt (Of Wombles fame).. is being taken to court because of his track "One Minutes Silence" on his Planets LP. It appears that some folk think he has copied excerpts from John Cages 4'33" (that is 4 mins and 33 secs of silence).
Better keep them away from Boards of Canada's Geogaddi! The 1:46 of "Magic Window" is even *closer* to "4:33"! -Eric
