More women are probobly fans of KW than THEY realize. There are plenty of parts of KW played in mixes in clubs. Also, there are alot of KW snippets played on the radio all the time. If NPR does a piece about Germany or technology, they almost always play apart of a KW song between news stories. Sometimes maybe a Balenescu version. Also, a news story about online matchmaking will get some KW in the background. One day I heard four songs in between pieces on NPR in one day! Autobahn is constantly heard in the background of traffic reports. There were loads of women at the last NYC show. And many different nationalities. All age groups. I think the idea of music appealling to one gender more than another (except for creepy death-speed metal) is silly. You like what you like. Does Annie Lennox,Clanaad or the Cranberries have a substantially larger fan base of women than men? Probably not. But guys may not boast about being big fans :) This last paragraph is also silly, but then again maybe alot of women KW fans don't admit it for fear of seeming geeky. Tom
