I saw Fritz putting a laservideo on KW console at Rio's soundcheck. And during the concert, when the sound breakdown on TEE, he took a look on the consoles to see what's going on, look to the other members, just looking for the source of the problem. So I think he has a kind of "managing" work on stage.
