Or you could just rip the CDs as separate tracks, and use a continuous play plugin for Winamp for playing. There should be such a plugin for download from the Winamp site. (If you're using Winamp that is)

There's a simple way: Put the CD on a CD Player (not at the computer, but a separated unit) and connect it to the computer audio input, then record with an audio software (Soundforge, by example). Then you can convert to MP3.
