Uden is EMI's primary manufacturing plant in Europe, in the Netherlands to be exact. It's not really the matrix number--it's the short version of the catalog number. The IFPI number on the silver part of the disc (the plant's IFPI number is on the plain plastic part), in tiny print, which is found on every CD and DVD in the world, is a more accurate matrix number. The newer discs from Uden have another set of numbers around the same ring in addition to the shortened catalog number. EMI's other European plant is Swindon, in its home-country, the UK. Peace.
