Bartos: "The MP3 was launched on several p2p networks such as Kazaa to find out the effect of file sharing on album sales. Obviously, the MP3 was unplayable once opened." How Sony tracked down the numer of downloads remains an open question. With his first album under his own name, Karl Bartos is to start a UK tour today October 20th supported by the band Client. Bartos released previous material under the name of Electric-Music-Project ("Esperanto", "Electric Music") featuring collaborations with eg. Johnny Marr.
