I don't think Elektro Kardiogramm will be released as a single now, at least not yet. Those promos were perhaps sent out to test the reaction? There was an announcement from EMI UK that someone posted on the list around a week ago, saying that Aéro Dynamik will be released as a single on March 15, apparently a new version accompanied by further remixes.
