Sorry for my pesimism, but 08/04/03 IS the new official date release from EMI music.

Kraftwerk new album "Tour de France Soundtracks"
scheduled for 28, July was moved for August 4, 2003 by
EMI Music in Germany and for August 19, 2003 by Astralwerks in USA.

I think I suffering a infarct, if thisssss is confirmed arrrrghhhhhh!!!!!
