Yes...this seems like a very good idea but you can't judge a book by its cover. Seems that everybody these days does the cover first and then sets about writing it. Might as well note also that the "I SHOT VALERIE SOLANAS" (Michael K) book is still vapourware at my end although at least I haven't (yet) been charged for the privilege by the ebay seller. Does anybody have this book yet? And doesn't anybody selling anything on ebay appreciate like that people might actually want the actual thing instead of just gratification of having 'bought it'? :) I guess Marshall McLuhan predicted all this in the fifties when he reckoned that the advert would someday replace the product. The Blacksmoke track is grrrreat btw Ray Chris Peel wrote:

It seems as if this guy is trying to write a book about Zoo Records (hooray!) Whether it could actually uncover much more than is already mentioned in "45" and Julian Cope's "Head On" is a different matter.
I wonder if anyone has ever followed Drummond's career right from Zoo onwards, rather than just the JAMMs? Maybe someone from the KLF mailing list could contribute to the book? Anyway, have a look round the "copefan" site anyway - some interesting Drummond-related things. ________________________________________________________________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends?
