Basicly he was encouraging people to NOT to buy the book that he was trying to get its publishing rights revoked, on the ground that he was young and dangerous when he wrote it, but now he's older and wiser and realizes how dangerous the contents it.
I think that's good enough proof that anarchy is a fad for the young blokes with no responsibilites of their own and alot of free time.
first of all, the anarchist's cookbook has almost nothing to do with the theories and practices of "anarchy" it assumes (much like Loki, I guess) that all anarchy is is making and throwing bombs - as such, it could be called anything from "miner's cookbook" to "republikan's cookbook" (recall ann coulter's comment that the only thing timothy mcveigh, the accused bomber of OKC, did wrong, was that he didn't bomb the NY Times instead) the so-called anarchist's cookbook is not recommended due to the dubious (and dangerous) nature of its recipes
Read "illuminatus!" if you haven't. Hagbard Celine shares many traits and opinions with true anarchists, although he is by his own definition a Discordian. You'll probably pick up a lot of new stuff you didn't realize about the klf/jamms.
