When money is sent registered, one could "value" the letter. That means the clerk will write the amount down on the letter and it will be insured then for the amount enclosed. That will costs you 50 cents extra. Wish I had done that back then. The Dutch Mail only refunded 40 euro's. That was nothing compared to the enclosed amount. So this learned me to pay through paypal now.... M

I think it was stolen by the mail but can't prove that....

I thought you got your money back. It certainly never arrived in cologne.
