That is plainly an excerpt from a book, a chapter written by JMR Higgs, drawing connections between the KLF's activities and the Discordian elements of Illuminatus!. It is not a fanzine, not written by Peter "Popjustice" Robinson, and is neither titled nor concerning Life After The KLF. I'd be keen to see copies of either of the PeteR zines, though.
