The main website seems to be http://www.mantaclub.org/ There is even a scotish fanclub: http://freespace.virgin.net/robert.crow/ ;-) In Germany we had two Manta-Movies in 1991, one was called "Manta, Manta" and the other was called "Manta - Der Film" (Manta - the movie). Both dealed with girls and Golf GTIs (the enemy of every Manta build by Volkswagen) and there was always a race but I don't remember any details. Both movies are not very sophisticated and deal with plain stereotypes.
