Wasn't the "Deep Shit" 12" KLF010IR ("i" and "r") or something? Standing for "illegal remix"? I think the 1989-era mp3 is probably different to the proposed EP of 1987 - it sounds just like an in-joke. Isn't technically called "Deep Shit III" or something? If "KSTJ" had been a huge hit, then it probably would have been a funnier joke (as in "we're pop stars now - but remember what we used to be like .. ") John

I've got that on mp3 and I thought exactly the same, but I am not sure that it is the geniune version as i seem to remember there was some dispute over it. I am sure Jimmy and Bill could have made something more interesting than that. Can anybody else throw any light on the subject?
