KLF-related - looking for Weird Out West
Hi - I'm Tim - new to the list :-D Big KLF fan from way way back... Just a quick note - anyone know where I can find a copy of 'Weird Out West' - the west Country version of 'It's Grim Up North'? I just got scooped on an Ebay bid (my fault, they jumped in with a minute to go; I should have put more than the minimum *oops*) and it looks like it might never come up for a long time again :-( Short of emailing Radsonic and asking him to sell me a copy (he does have a website with the A side not the B side) - anyone know where I coudl get it or sell me their copy? Also - I've heard in an old Melody Maker article that there is a Hardcore Outlaws version? Is that correct? I thought it was Radsonic...confusing. I'm finding this for a friend. No really, I am. He heard it on the radio back in the day on Annie Mac's show and wants to hear it again... hugs Tim (Radio Clash)
"Weird Out West" is by the Hardcore Outlaws, as far as I know. I had a 12" until a few months ago, when it was sold in my ebay purge. I have the mp3 somewhere, too. Interesting ... I didn't realise there was two. Was Radsonic (or Hardcore Outlaws) the label, perhaps? Also ... didn't someone once say it had something to do with Mike Dutton - was he from the West Country?
