beyond what it says on wikipedia, no, "In 1981/2 he and (now wife) Cressida were in a band called Angels 1-5 which did a Peel session." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimi_Cauty BTW, Lazlo is alive, he recently did some good edits to a couple of KLF topics on wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jimmy_Cauty&action=history http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_KLF&action=history cheers -- Stuart Young, Michelle Ardern & Felix Ardern-Young (4) Live at: 42B, Sefton Ave, Grey Lynn, Auckland, NZ Phone: +64 (0)9 376 8100 say.map@ihug.co.nz Graphic and Web design, Web development and hosting: http://www.pixelandgrain.co.nz/ Stuey's personal website - a cobweb site: http://easyweb.easynet.co.uk/~stuey/ Any views expressed in this email are those of the author and not of any of the organisations we are involved with. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Hi, I've been a lurker here for a year or so and I have an Angels 1-5 demo tape (it may be the Peel tracks I'm not sure) around the house somewhere. When I manage to find it I'll rip it and upload the tracks to Mr Stringer's ftp. I SHOULD BE BACK UP AND RUNNING THIS WEEK ON THE FTP Thankx, RMStringer
Hi guys, My FTP should be up in the next day or so as well. I didn't realize it was down =) I'm going to use a new address though so standby for details. - olav
Hi guys, Ok FTP will be online tomorrow night UK time. So I had to change the name ;) I couldn't resist.... BTW I'm almost ready to do emails for any of you guys as well if you want. Just contact me off list. I was going to do it before but I ran out of time, well more time now so if you would like webspace, emails, domain redirects just let me know =) And the new address is............. ftp.klfcommunications.com login - anonymous password - (your email) Its on a full 10mbps pipe (Ethernet drop straight into the network core so should be pretty fast) so have at it...but please remember to upload. And like I said will be back online tomorrow night UK time (maybe 9pm BST depending on how work goes..) BTW Any ideas what I should do with www.klfcommunications.com??? I'm open to ideas ;) Thanks guys ;) - olav
