Highly unlikely. The Bank of England has its own facilities for disposing of expired bank notes, they're hardly likely to give to The KLF to dispose of. The Great Train Robbery was a somewhat successful attempt to intercept out of circulation notes on their way to the incinerator. Yes there was. When money is destroyed the people burning it are under constant gaurd, and are searched many times, because bank is so paranoid about any of the notes being stolen.
